LIBRIS Offers BookExpo Attendees a Chance to Win $50

LIBRIS, the insurance company created by the American Booksellers Association specifically to meet the needs of independent bookstores, is offering a special promotion for members attending BookExpo 2017.

The first five ABA member stores not currently insured by LIBRIS that make an appointment to meet with LIBRIS representatives Judi Yacovazzi and Robyn Rider at the show to get a comparison quote will be awarded a $50 VISA gift card on the spot. Booksellers should bring a copy of their business owner’s policy declaration page to the appointment, so LIBRIS can provide an accurate quote.

Yacovazzi and Rider will be available to talk to booksellers in the ABA Member Lounge, Booth 721 on the trade show floor at the Javits Convention Center, during the following hours:

• Wednesday, May 31, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Thursday, June 1, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Friday, June 2, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Booksellers are invited to stop by — with or without an appointment — to learn about LIBRIS’ coverage for independent bookstores. The lounge will be closed for the ABA Town Hall and Annual Membership Meeting from 2:15 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. on Thursday; only booksellers with appointments will be able to meet with LIBRIS in the lounge during that time. Meetings can also be held outside of lounge hours upon request.
