After the first full year of membership, all dues are payable on the anniversary date.

Businesses in operation for a year or more pay dues based on Total Company Book Sales** for all locations plus a one-time processing fee of $25.
**Total Company Book Sales include sales of new, used, remainder, and audio books; online book sales; sales at off-premises events; gift certificates and gift cards; and magazines and calendars. They do not include textbook sales, toy and gift sales.

To determine TOTAL COMPANY BOOK SALES VOLUME FOR ALL LOCATIONS, use your last annual income statement. You will find your dues category in the Membership Dues Table below.
