The April 21 webinar will cover the tasks needed to switch and the order in which steps should be completed, as well as detailed information about the different pieces of credit card processing on IndieLite sites.

The session on optimizing your Bookshop.org page will be led by Bookshop Partnerships Manager Sarah High.

The first event, looking at nonprofits, will take place on Thursday, April 29, at 3:00 p.m. ET. The second event, on retail cooperatives, will be held May 13.

ABA recently partnered with Gravity Payments, which came recommended by several booksellers, to offer credit card processing services to bookstore members.

This session will offer a tutorial on navigating BookWeb.org to ensure a better understanding of where to find the information most vital for members.

The ABA team will attend from 6:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m., and the BIPOC Forum will continue until 7:30 p.m. ET. BIPOC allies and booksellers who do not identify as BIPOC should not plan to attend. 

ABA is inviting bookstore members of the ABC Group to this April 20 conversation to share best practices, talk about their business, and crowdsource ideas and solutions to problems.
